HISTORY

At The Osteo Benefit, we hear your story and take a detailed history at the beginning of every treatment.

EXAMINATION

We will do a quick  postural assessment and movement based examination that will reveal areas of dysfunction.

TREATMENT

Treatment consists of hands-on manual therapy such as massage combined with other techniques such as stretching, manipulation, joint mobilisation and ligament balancing - all dependant on your individual needs.

ONGOING CARE

Education and exercise prescription (if required) to help avoid future injuries.
